· Extensive experience in roadway design, construction, construction management
· Management of Illinois Tollway Open Road Tolling program as Program Manager
· Management of NTTA Electronic Toll Collection program as Program Manager
· Transportation Management Center operations and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design, integration and deployment (Illinois Tollway and Delaware DOT) including roadway cameras, Digital Video Recorders, ITS networks, video display walls, fiber deployment and communications
· Experience in design and construction of toll plazas including systems integration, computer systems hardware and software, networking and communications
· Management of I-294 widening and reconstruction as Corridor Construction
Manager and 12 mile South Extension of I-355 as CM (Illinois Tollway)
· Experience working with many contractors building roadways, toll collection facilities, Transportation Management Centers, ITS implementations, and installation and maintenance of various infrastructure projects around the US
· Design/Build project experience
· Energy project planning and design including LEED, Wind and Solar Energy
· Program and Project Controls expertise including use of Primavera, Asset Inventory and Service Management Systems and other systems
· Experience with Traffic Control Systems including Siemens & Gardner Systems
· Experience as Systems Architect developing conceptual, functional & design specifications for various projects as well as software development and integration, database design and GIS systems architecture design/deployment
